Delivery

 As a member of  the trusted and respected relay flower systems, Interflora and Directflorist, we can arrange delivery to most places in the world.  Interflora members are qualified and tested and must hold the minimum qualification of the nationally recognised Certificate III in Floristry.    

Direct2Florist is based in the UK with member florists in 26 countries.  Membership is only for bona-fide florists, not Order Gatherers who take a large percentage of online orders.  The florist receives full value so that the customer also receives full value.  Direct2Florist has won the British Florist Association 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 Service Provider of the Year.

 We deliver to the following suburbs for $16.00 and either deliver personally or by the services of a reliable and respected courier company.

We can arrange delivery of flowers world wide through the trusted and respected Interflora and Direct2Florist relay networks. 

Whilst we will do our best to accommodate timed delivery requests, this is only guaranteed for funeral orders.  For all timed order requests, we require  notification 24 hours in advance so that we have sufficient time to purchase the requested flowers and to arrange a courier

Alternatively, if you still wish to place an order outside our listed delivery areas, we will relay this to a trusted florist colleague closer to the  recipient's address.  Minimum order value $90 for this service.

THE CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY IS MIDDAY, however if we have the required flowers we may be able to accommodate same day delivery.  It is best to phone to confirm if this is possible.

IN STORE PICK UP

We offer the alternative to pick up in store.  With this option the automatic delivery charge is not activated.  However, if you proceed with all the delivery information, expecting a courier to deliver your gift, the cost of the delivery will be deducted from the flower value.
